How to Prepare for your Window Cleaning Appointment
Move all furniture that is blocking access to the windows you would like cleaned.
Remove all items or potted plants from windowsills.
For any windows with AC units in them, please ask your building super tp remove your AC unit if you would like that window cleaned.
Any child locks or guards will need to be removed by your building super prior to your appointment.

Q: What is your process for cleaning the windows?
A: Your experienced window cleaner will clean the inside of your windows, and then open them to safely clean the outside of the windows from standing inside the apartment using specialized cleaning solution and tools.
Q: How long does it take to clean the windows?
A: This depends on the size, number, and type of windows that you have. For a standard set of four single windows, it will take about an hour to clean them inside and outside.
Q: Do I need to supply anything to the window cleaner?
A: Your window cleaner will arrive with all the necessary equipment, and will only need access to water.
Q: Will you provide certificates of insurance (COIs)?
A: Yes, we supply a General Liability certificate as well as a Workers Comp certificate. We currently hold $10 million in commercial liability coverage.
